Our cooking tour to Puglia last year was amazing.  This part of Italy in the heel of the boot is where Italians love to holiday.  It is still so authentic and real. Puglia is known as Italy’s bread basket as the vegetables grown here take your breath away, and the recipes they make with them incredible.  This region is home to 50 million olive trees and food artisans whose passion is tangible.
