Debbie has been teaching cooking since January 2000, sharing her passion and love for food through inspiring recipes. Her inspiration comes through fresh, seasonal ingredients and her travels locally and abroad when she hosts bespoke Foodie and Lifestyle tours.
Debbie has learnt from attending classes with amazing chefs like Raymond Blanc and Rick Stein, as well as cooking and learning from people, old and young in the heart of their kitchens all over the world. The best part is sitting around their tables to share the meal just cooked, and learning all about their culture through food. What a privilege this is! Then of course, there are restaurants and street food. A notebook is always with Deb, as she tastes and smells her way around making notes to put those flavours together on her return home. You will receive recipes before the class begins which you can make extra notes on should you wish.
